Reasons for Rejection: Should be collected in 6mol/L HCL, 20-30 mL for a 24hr specimen, to aviod precipitation of phosphate complexes

Special Instructions: Refrigerate during collection - label with beginning and ending collection times and dates - indicate total volume if an aliquot is sent.Mix specimen well before aliquoting.
