Reasons for Rejection: Clotted sample, Vacutainers less than 2/3 full, pediatric bullets or microtainers

Times Performed: Continuous
Special Instructions: Lab needs heparinized syringe or full green top tube. Pediatric bullets and microtainers are unacceptable. Specimen must be collected and transported anaerobically. No air spaces. Must be in lab by 2hr after draw.
