Reasons for Rejection: Clotted sample, Vacutainers less than 2/3 full, pediatric bullets or microtainers
Days Performed: Daily
Times Performed: Continuous
Special Instructions: Deliver to lab immediately at room temperature. Lab needs heparinized syringe or full green top tube. Pediatric bullets and microtainers are unacceptable. Sample must be received in lab within 1 hour of collection.
