Special Instructions: HPV test will be tested from the same Thin-prep vial from which the PAP is processed. 1. Indicate on the Cytology GYN pap order if HPV Reflex testing or Cotesting is needed. Anal pap specimens will have Cotesting, unless declined. For GYN specimens already submitted to the lab please use the Epic "Add-On Test for Solid Tissue and Cytology Specimen".
