Significance: This assay demonstrates interference with biotin. Samples should not be taken from patients receiving therapy with biotin doses until at least 8 hours following the last biotin administration. Patient results determined by assays using different manufacturers for methods may not be comparable.
Special Instructions: This test includes the measurement of thyroglobulin and anti-thyroglobulin antibodies.
