Temperature: Allow to clot, store refrigerated (2-8 degrees C)
Stability: Labile specimen. Keep refrigerated.
Reasons for Rejection: Extreme lipemia and /or hemoylsis
Days Performed: Monday - Friday
Times Performed: Mornings
TAT: 24 - 72 hours
Significance: ANA is considered a screening test only.
