Special Instructions: Culture includes examination for Salmonella, Shigella, Campylobacter, Yersinia enterocolitica, E. coli O157:H7. There will be separate charges for organism identification and susceptibility testing when appropriate. Culture not done if patient has been in the hospital > 3 days.
